At the Wild Atelier, we cook as the forest breathes: in rhythm with the season, in harmony with nature. Wild is our starting point. Not as a product, but as a philosophy. Everything that lives freely in the forest, on the land, and in the water is wild to us.
Master chef Jonathan Zandbergen brings a new generation of wild gastronomy to life at De Echoput. Pure ingredients from local wildlife management, fisheries, and regenerative agriculture in their most elegant form. At the Wild Atelier, every dish tells a story about origin, about freedom, about taste.
The Wild Atelier opened in June 2025 and immediately entered the Lekker Top100 as one of the highest newcomers at number 67. In February 2026, the restaurant was rated by Gault&Millau with 16.5/20 points and awarded 'Remarkable Newcomer of the Year'. In April 2026, the Wild Atelier was included in the selection of the Michelin Guide.
