For more than 30 years, the Klosse family has been working closely with the Pugibet family from Domaine La Colombette. From this friendship, a joint quest for truly sustainable wine has emerged.

Vincent Pugibet succeeded in setting up a vineyard with various new crossings of grape varieties. As a result, they have become almost resistant to fungi and diseases, so he never had to use pesticides again. Truly sustainable grapes, without compromise. Due to this natural way of working, the exact grape composition is unknown, but together with the expertise of the Klosse family, they have managed to make a sustainable quality wine from this vineyard.
