Immerse yourself this winter in the tranquility and beauty of the Veluwe during the Winter Champagne package at Hotel Gastronomique De Echoput. Surrounded by expansive forests, winter landscapes, and the serene atmosphere of the Veluwe, you will enjoy a stay centered on gastronomy, relaxation, and Champagne.
Your stay begins with a special introduction to the history of De Echoput: you will visit the characteristic old water well from which the hotel takes its name. Afterwards, our sommelier invites you at 4:00 PM for an atmospheric Champagne tasting. Discover various Champagnes and sparkling wines and be guided through their stories, flavors, and nuances.
In the evening, a gastronomic 4-course menu awaits you, composed by our Executive Chef and served at Grand Bistro Echo. A culinary evening in which refined dishes and carefully selected ingredients come together.
After dinner, retreat to a spacious Echoput room or suite, where you can enjoy a comfortable winter overnight stay in complete tranquility. The next morning begins in a relaxed way with an extensive breakfast buffet with bubbles.
